Our kitchen mainly offers traditional specialities of the region, strongly influenced by the Mediterranean diet.

Therefore we are pleased to offer our customers a rich variety of dishes, healthy and balanced products that we use and which come almost exclusively from our own grounds, and not to forget our personal touch.

We have an extensive wine list with wines of the area.

We offer business dinners, christenings, romantic dinner for couples, weddings and any other event you wish to hold can be planned and arranged.

We are located in Ronda in one of the oldest neighbourhoods known as “Barrio San Francisco”, surrounded by three major National Parks such as the “Sierra de Grazalema”, “Alcornocales” and the “Sierra de la Nieves”.

We offer three spaces, two where local dishes are served and a lounge for coffee and drinks.

For what it's worth, my favourite bar in Ronda for excellent tapas, manzanilla/red wine/beer, light meals and a great atmosphere is just outside the town centre in the neighbourhood (barrio) of San Francisco; it's just 5 - 6 minutes walk from that bridge over the gorge but you're unlikely to see another tourist in there. Imaginatively it's called the Bodega San Francisco and it's on the Plaza...wait for it..San Francisco. Very easy to find at the bottom of the hill as you make your way downhill from the bridge. If in doubt ask a local: it's well known. Ask for a serranito - a delicious small sandwich with pork loin, fried green pepper and a slice of the local ham. Sorry if your diet excludes pork. But the squid (calamares) are excellent too. There's a restaurant upstairs if you want a full meal and there are tables and chairs outside if the weather's good.

Restaurant, Pub, tapas in Ronda, the best place for tasting of typical products in the Serrania de Ronda
